Award-winning non-executive Director Clive Bawden, Director of Look After Business, has been confirmed as the keynote speaker on a webinar focused on running successful virtual board meetings – for charities and SMES – to be hosted by the ICAEW.

Hosted by Julia Root-Gutteridge, Manager for Board Effectiveness, ICAEW, the webinar to be held on Tuesday 28th April at 11am, will focus on practical tips on running successful virtual board meetings, as well as insights into how to manage board dynamics digitally.

“I am delighted to have been asked to speak on this webinar.” said Bawden. “Smaller charities and SMEs are suddenly faced with holding board meetings virtually and many face tough decisions in coming months. Having been been running SMEs for over a decade now, as well as holding a number of charity and sporting roles, I am lucky enough to have picked up some skills running efficient and effective board meetings (in a variety of different situations) and I look forward to bringing this real-world experience to this webinar.”
